The Methodist Church Ghana inaugurates the Nkawkaw Diocese of the Methodist Church Ghana. The Diocese becomes the newest Diocese to join the other Dioceses. The service which took place on Sunday 13th November, 2016 at the Ebenezer Methodist Cathedral Nkawkaw was not only colorful but beautiful. The Bishop, Rt. Rev. John Degraft Priddy and the Lay Chairman, Sis. Paulina Osabutey would also be inducted into office to administer the affairs of the new Diocese.
The service was conducted by the Presiding Bishop, Most. Rev. Titus Awotwi Pratt with his team of executives, the Lay President and the Administrative. Bishops of the various Dioceses were in attendance with their Synod Secretaries, Lay Chairmen and Organizational heads. The events also brought family, friends and the entire Church Community to Nkawkaw to witness the occasion.
We wish to congratulate the Diocese, Bishop and the Lay Chairman. We pray for God’s Grace and blessings as they support the Clergy to administer the affairs of the church and the entire worship community of Nkawkaw Diocese. The event was streamed live on the Church’s Website, Facebook page and YouTube for those who couldn’t join us at Nkawkaw.
